Phoenix Line

Our traditional systems are now upgraded with several enhancements and are now part of our Phoenix Line. If you liked our older systems, you will love our new ones! Check out the changes below.

The Phoenix Series was developed based upon your needs and includes the following enhancements:

• Safer Level of Ultrasonics - 68 kHz - to allow smaller bubbles to get into the smaller cells of the higher line count rolls.
• Modified Power Generators - now external, interchangeable and easily replaceable.
• Safer Heating System - increased reliability with fixed thermostat settings and low-level automatic shutoff.
• Long-Lasting Equipment - Enhanced with replacable ultrasonic transducers as well as timing pulleys with bearings.
• Standard Size Equipment Configuration - to coincide with our past systems.
• Fully Customizable Sizes - to coincide with larger sleeves and anilox rolls. No anilox roll is too large for Sonic Solutions - from 3 inches to 10 feet - from 1 roll to 8 rolls at a time - we can economically make a system to fit your needs.
